3. Service Description

Diagnosaur provides AI-assisted clinical reasoning support, including symptom analysis, differential suggestions, and documentation support. Outputs are informational and probabilistic.

4. No Medical Advice

Diagnosaur is not a medical device, emergency service, or treatment provider. All clinical decisions remain with the treating professional.

5. User Obligations

• Use the Platform lawfully and ethically.
• Maintain confidentiality and avoid entering unnecessary identifiable patient data.
• Independently verify AI outputs.
• Keep login credentials secure.

6. Prohibited Use

• Autonomous diagnosis or treatment decisions without clinician review.
• Use in emergency care as a sole decision system.
• Reverse engineering, abuse, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Uploading malicious content or violating applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, and content (excluding user-provided content) remain the property of Diagnosaur and its licensors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Diagnosaur does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Diagnosaur is not liable for clinical decisions, patient outcomes, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

10. Suspension and Termination

Diagnosaur may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, legal requirements, or abuse.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements.
