Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, billing changes, and refund requests are handled for Diagnosaur.
2. Subscription Model
Diagnosaur is provided as a recurring subscription service unless otherwise stated in a custom enterprise agreement or written commercial proposal.
3. Cancellation by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but access already paid for generally remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered where a duplicate charge, clear billing error, or unauthorized transaction is verified.
- Refund requests relating to technical non-delivery may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Partial-period refunds are generally not provided for unused time in an active billing cycle.
- Custom enterprise contracts may be governed by separately negotiated commercial terms.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after a billing cycle has started.
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal.
- Service dissatisfaction where platform access was available and materially delivered.
- Temporary interruption caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or factors outside reasonable control, unless required otherwise by law.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request review of a refund, contact our team with your registered email address, payment date, transaction details, and a short explanation of the issue.

7. Review Timeline
Diagnosaur aims to review refund and billing-related requests within a reasonable time, typically within 7 business days, although timing may vary depending on payment provider processes and verification requirements.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
If access is suspended or terminated for breach of Terms, abuse, security concerns, or unlawful use, refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law.
9. Payment Provider Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Actual settlement timing depends on banks, card networks, and payment processors.
